School Discipline At Caddo Mills. By Alex Albion.

School Discipline At Caddo Mills

Under English law, bad kidz as young as age 10 can and are
criminalized under the system of youth or family courts. Yet
those same bad kidz cannot be smacked, spanked, or caned
under the same law. If a parent or teacher does so, then
they are criminalized, too. By the majority of one vote,
England outlawed the use of physical discipline of bad kidz in
British state and private schools over 20 years ago. That
one vote has now wrought havoc on school discipline to which bad
kidz have no fear of being caned or disciplined no matter how bad
and unruly and violent they become. They rule the roust pretty
much. In the meantime, British school and many of its pupils
are now the shame of the nation as they join the Concrete Jungle
of modern failing English educational methods and ever
declining standards.
+

While in Texas, students who screw-up can and are physically
disciplined like they should be. For violating the dress code at
his Caddo Mills High School, the 15 year of sophomore Jay
Walden was disciplined last Novemeber for his deliberate
offence of wearing tattered jeans at school. After he got back
home from school, he then used his own cameraphone to
photograph his own rearend (as shown above) to show the
world how strictly his buttocks had been disciplined by
his school principal. “He’d been paddled good,” as they
say in Texas. The American paddle is a flat piece of wood –
much like the shape of child-size English cricket bat –
and applied in some Deep South state schools to the
rearend of students from primary to high school for
committing school infractions like fighting, skipping class,
using profanity, disrespect to teachers or staff, smoking,
drinking, tariness, and what have you. The cameraphone
photos that Jay Walden took of himself look alot worse
than his paddling really was. He won't wear his
tattered jeans to school again, I suspect ...

Bring Back The British Cane
At one time a common term used to describe
the breakdown of urban society was called the “The
Concrete Jungle.” Today, especially in London, the concrete
jungle is alive and well with all the deadly consequences of
mindless killings and stabbings among school youthz and
young street adultz. And thriving particularly at
immigrant-dominated state academies and at their
growing racial enclaves scattered all over the British
capital of London and at urban black centres throughout the
country. The anti-social behaviour and moral disintegration
of alienated yobz and hoodies is all too evident because
there in no immediate sanction or punishment for such gross
misconduct. Such youngsters are a law unto themselves and
fear nothing knowing like they do they they cannot even get
a clip around the ear let alone get a good needed caning
across their smart rearend.
+
The need to reinstate corporal punishment grows every day.
But those bleeding heart political and social pansies will not
hear of it. And they refuse steadfast to re-legislate the use
of the school cane in English schools. In the meantime, the
present government is always talking about legislating
“respect” which, of course, is utter nonsence to the yobs
and hoodies of today’s out of control bad youthz. They
demand respect, but don't give any. And, they never
will until they are taught how to behave properly.
+
What a pity now?

In those US states at where the use of corporal punishment has
already been banned or has never been used, it is not uncommon
now for such schools to summon their local police or sheriffs
department to come and take control of the behaviour of their own
school students. In many cases, such cops then whisk the offend-
ing students off to the local county or city jail in police handcuffs and
then jail them until their parents or guardians are called to bail
them out along with such students then also being suspended
from their school until further notice. Offenses like fighting,
carrying any type of weapon, drug paraphernalia, etc., are then
handled by the local district or teen court. Like in England,
the American juvenile court system is the worst place to
deal with immediate discipline problems at school or at
home. The cane or the paddle is alot more effective and
alot less costly, too. Imposing corporal punishment is a far
less degrading, yet an effective, experience for such students
than having US cops and courts publicly humiltate and degrade
them by always publicly handcuffing them and then arbitiarily
jailing them for whatever their alleged school offense (s)
may have been.

"Since corporal punishment was finally banned by British
parliament in state schools in 1987 (by a majority of just one
vote) there have been numerous calls to reinstate the cane.
Opinion polls show that the general public would certainly be in
favour. Under the headline 'Backing for a Whacking' a newspaper
telephone poll in 1988 reported 92.5 % of callers in favour. The
argument for bringing back the cane was well expressed in a
newspaper interview by an 82-year-old retired truancy inspector:
When I was at school there was as often as not a disruptive pupil who
distracted the rest of the class from their work. Once he had been
caned the rest of us could get on with our studying. After you had
felt the cane, you gained a healthy respect for it. Nowadays the
same boy would most likely be excluded from school, losing out on
his education and sowing the seeds of future delinquency. Similar
arguments have been put in the letters columns of newspapers:
The quickest way of restoring discipline in our state schools would
be to bring back the threat of the cane. In the past the mere know-
ledge that a teacher could use the cane as the ultimate sanction was
sufficient to deter all but the most recalcitrant offenders. As a
consequence, actual canings were few and classroom discipline
was effectively maintained."

What costs so little and yet produces such good and
quick results that caning or smacking does, is now
skirted at the cost of millions of pounds spent each
year by the national government and local councils
to contain youth crime and anti-social disorder that
gets worse and worse each year. The whole excerise
is a national joke in the UK.
+
I make, therefore, a couple of quick suggestions for
coming to grips fast with such bad kidz at school,
at home, and at society at large:
1: BRING BACK THE SCHOOL CANE without
any further ado in all state and private schools.
2: Impose school uniforms immediately to rid the
schools of symbols of rebellion like gangstra cloth-
ing and jewellery, ethnic wear, and baseball caps.
3: Ban the complete use of cellphones, MP3's, ipods,
and all digital gadgets, within 500 yards of the
school or academy to which the student is
attending during school dayz.
4: Stagger the daily release of students from the
school so that the whole student body does NOT
hit the streets all at the same time to create havoc.
5: Deport all immigrant and foreign-born state school
students that have committed knife or gun or
drug crimes either in school or out of school.
6: Setup a public website that lists all students
with their mugshots who have been arrested for
any crime or gang activity (s) along with the
name of their school.
+
I can hearing the hollering now ... from those who
believe we should still mother cuddle bad kidz and
their bad families. It's time to put our foot down
and confront these little monsters who walk the
streets and the community and inside our schools
with utter impunity and immunity. Smack them
where it hurts the most with a good hiding, too.

Hello,
That "Singapore police caning" is not. In fact there is no such thing as a Singapore police caning. The judicial canings in Singapore look nothing like that, and it isn't the police who administer them, it's the prison service.
For the correct information see http://www.corpun.com/singfeat.htm
