At the London police siege of the young British Barrister
Mark Saunders, 32, some 59 armed cops with their 100
various deadly weapons converged on the scene against
him as they then lynched him and finally slaughtered
him like a wild animal some two years ago at his
£2 .2. million Chelsea abode.

Thus, if a new definition of savagery is needed,
then the deliberate and dreadful killing by the
British armed police of the young, emotionally-
stressed out and bibulous Mark Saunders, is
where the modern English definition of police
savagery can be easily found and defined.
~~~
And, the callous police killing of the British
barrister is yet again an hideous and brutal
example of the rise of Police State methods inside
today’s Broken Britian. What is worse is that had
Mark Saunders been an immigrant or black or
Muslim or of foreign birth, there would have been
a huge public outcry inside "politically-correct"
England about his police killing. So public silence
prevailed in not condemning the police.
~~~
One then must assume that his killing by some
of Scotland Yard’s finest was a "politically-correct"
kill. Being, as he was, a native British Caucasian
and a native victim of the deadly police overkill
against him. He didn’t stand a chance as the
police markmen pumped bullets after bullets
into his heart, his head, his body, and his legs,
like they were at some free target range to win
themselves some fancy police medals and a
welcome pat on the back from their cold bloodied
and ruthless and like-minded police colleagues.
It seemed they just wanted to slaughter him at
almost any cost on that dreadful and shameful day.

Inside Her Majesty Coroner's Court at London
Council House, comfortable Sheraton-styled
chairs in dark mahogany and light blue uphols-
tery greeted everybody in the rather compact
court room at where there was little space to
spare. Wood panelling of varnished light
brown covered all the interior walls.
~~~
I sat on the fifth chair from the all-white
jury that looked like a bunch of college kids
or a college debate team to me. The jury
looked so young, too, in their 20's to 30's
for most of them and dressed casually with
no air of formality as empanelled jurors
and who are tasked to render some final
legal decision about those cops that kill.
~~~
The coroner himself - Dr. Paul Knapman,
versed in law and medicine - was poshly
dressed in his neatly parted silver hair and
rimmed spectacles with a noticeable red
hanky tucked inside his top left jacket pocket
with cufflinks to match his presence that
was more like a theatrical impresario to me
than a highly respected English coroner. He
is in charge of the Mark Saunders Juried
Inquest that will result finally in a jury
decision regarding the police slaughter of
the British barrister. The killers in question
have been given anonymity by the coroner
and thus are only identified by a given
number instead of by their real name.
Such should never have been granted!
Anonymity only adds to a sense of white-
wash regarding how the armed police have
gotten away with murder thus far ... Per-
haps the jury will demand a reckoning, but
I doubt very much since the jury is too
young, in my opinion, to demand such.

barrister before he died in a hail of police bullets.

Although I don't know the precise number of
people involved in the hideous aftermath of
the police killing of Mark Saunders, I suspect
the numbers are staggering from the number
of cops involved, the Saunders family members,
the jurors, the funeral personnel, the Anglican
clergy presiding, the coroner's staff, the inquest
staffers, the number of Q.C's or Queen Counsellors
that have been hired, and the list goes on. Plus, all
the money spent - in the hundreds of thousands
of quid, I suspect - from the public purse on such
an unneccesary police siege that was tanamount
to a public spectacle and a picture of "OK Corral"
- much like is oftentimes seen in America
with swaggering SWAT teams acting out like
robocops and executioners all in one. The police
slaughter of Mark Saunders is a scandalous
one that the British police should now bow their
heads in utter public shame - period. Especially,
when they had the Iranian-born scumbag cop,
or gold commander, Ali Dizaei in charge of the
police siege. Dizaei is now serving a four-year
jail term for corruption. I wouldn't trust such
a scumbag with my dead grandmother let
alone a police siege of an Englishman ...

While folkz testified inside coroner's court, London's
vicious City of Westminister traffic wardens do their
daily nasty deeds and ticket motorists at every spot,
day in and day out, that brings in millions of quid

At one point during the police siege, terrified
Mark Saunders was also assured by a police
commander that he would NOT be shot, then
only to be shot dead like a wild animal by the
same Brit cops that had converge on the scene
like they were also doing a Miami Vice movie
to kill him almost sight on seeing. In reality,
they were same "Cops That Kill."

:: News Update ::
A few years back I happened by chance to see
the 89th birthday of Sir Robert Mark listed in The
Times. I was delighted to see his name again after
first encountering him at the College of William &
Mary at Williamsburg, Virginia, to request a college
radio interview with him that I hosted as a
graduate student there in the mid-1970’s.
.
Without hesitation, Sir Robert agreed to be
interviewed. Although I do not remember the
specific questions I asked him at that time, I
do recall his forthright and candid responses
to my radio questions that also had a call-in
feature to which W&M students could ply their
own questions to whoever was the guest of mine.
When a rather cheeky student asked a rather
impertinent question to the Met commander,
Sir Robert didn’t hesitate to put the student in
his place right on the air. Other than that, what
I recall about Sir Robert Mark was his down to
earth style and his sharp eye that seemed
at times to look right thru me.
.
My impression of what the head of Scotland
Yard would be like was completely shattered
and changed after interviewing Sir Robert.
Never again would I think of such a person
as some kind of unapproachable supercop or
a grisly undercover agent one might expect to
read about in some crime thriller. No sir, the
man called Sir Robert Mark was right on the
mark without any delusions of police grandeur
or unanswerable power at Scotland Yard.
.
I relish now the thought of having met such a
fine English compatriot of mine in America of
so many years ago that I still remember him
like it was only yesterday. RIP, my dear sir!
Truly, Uncle Monty.

Dear Monty, I can never fathom how you think or how you come to your wild conclusions. Reading your report about Mr. Saunders you never mentioned that he was armed
with a rifle. He aimed it and fired it during the confrontation
that he caused. The police did their best to contain him from shooting innocent people. I strongly disagree with you with your anti-police comments that serve no purpose other than your need to rant about nothing. Mr. Saunders was out of control. He had what was coming to him when he'd been waving his rifle out of the window for 5 hours before the police had no choice but to stop him. Shooting him was the only answer I think under the circumstances to protect the public from him. Instead of you
heaping unfair criticism on the
Met Police, you should be giving them praise and not grief. I am disgusted with you. Stop finding fault with those brave officers on
the crime scene that Mr. Saunders
started first of all. The police did not. I'm a partner of a
retired Met police officer.
Your's sincerely, Joyce Darby.
