Bubba Wins Pardons From North Korea!!

The Extraordinary Humanitarian
Mission of Bill Clinton.

CONGRATULATIONS, BUBBA!!

Clinton, U.S. journalists leave North Korea after pardon.
By Jonathan Thatcher.
Journalist Euna Lee with daughter.
~~~
Sentenced each to a barbaric 12 years imprisonment
of hard labour for straying into the communistic
bastion of "Dear Leader" Kim Jong-il of North Korea,
the two U.S. journalists Euna Lee and Laura Ling
didn't have a prayer until out of the blue the Arkansas
Bubba - Former American President William Jefferson
Clinton - arrived at Pyongyang to successfully obtain
their immediate and unconditional release on, ironically,
Barack Obama's 48th Birthday. Bill Clinton, however,
did not have a message from Obama himself to the
"Dear Leader" so we are told. But what is a fact
is the website of freed Laura and freed Euna.
~~~
Whatever, Bubba left today with the two women safely and
soundly and they're heading directly to Los Angeles to be
united, and rightly so, with their families thanks entirely to
the extraordinary humanitarian mission of Bill Clinton.
AGAIN CONGRATULATIONS, BUBBA!!

Journalist Laura Ling.

My estimation of Bubba has now gone up at
least 10 folds after first meeting him in person
back in 1989 and later, too, when he was then
president and afterwards when he became ex-
president. His late step-father Dick Kelley, I
knew quite well for more than seven years.
~~~
The last ex-U.S. president to go to North Korea
was the now aging Jimmy Carter, 84, who visited
the West Sea Wall of North Korea just like I did
during my 10 day stay inside the weird country.
I first met Jimmy Carter in 1976 and last year
once again after 32 years at the Hay Literary
Festival when we both bumped into each other!
That was extraordinary, too. Carter had a late
brother nick-named "Bubba" Carter. To be a
true Southern Bubba you must be a true born
Southerner that both Clinton and Carter most
certainly are by birth and by upbringing.
Inside North Korea.
~~~
Had Bill Cinton failed to obtain the release of Euna
Lee and Laura Ling, then heaven knows what would
have happened to the hopes now that North Korea and
the United States will at least begin to talk to -each
other and not at -each other for a change after Bubba's
successful encounter with the "Dear Leader," who is on
his last frail legs according to Western news reports
about his ill-health condition. Reports also indicate that
he has picked his favourite son to take over the im-
provished country and the dictatorship from him.
North Korea always baffles the Western mind and
its cultural and capitalist values. So whatever should
happen after the Dear Leader's death is pure
speculation at the very best.

The "Dear Leader" and "Bubba."
~~~
So they're free - Euna and Laura - at last as journalists
to now tell us their own extraordinary story of what
truly happened to them inside North Korea and the
beautiful ending of their outrageous captivity thanks
entirely to that Arkansas Bubba coming all the way
from America to North Korea's strange capital of
Pyongyang or across almost the entire world
to have them set free.
Bill Clinton has quite a story to tell.
Liked the story on "BUBBA" after reading your terrible story to belittle "OBAMA". Monty I just don't know how you continue to come up with one story after another like you do. What is your aim? I don't figure it out. Who pays you to take all the photographs you do? Who pays you to write so many worthless stories with one or two rare exceptions?
You need to get a life, old man.
For Jolly Sir - Uncle Monty keep straight ahead doing what you do best - blogging with so many interesting feature stories that few other bloggers even come close to you. Stories like Bubba, Baby Obama, Summer Flowers, and the one on druggie Michael Jackson could only crop-up at a top blog like your's /// keep it up. We know you will for those of us who are firm believers in your old political view /// Teddy. I'm 79. Not old, yet ///
